Shelley Cuthbert wants the injunction reduced or a new hearing ordered.
The owner of a dog kennel in Tagish, ordered to essentially stop the operation is appealling the injunction. In October, the Yukon Supreme Court ordered Shelley Cuthbert to reduce the number of dogs on her property from roughly 80-to-two.
The injunction comes after several of Cuthbert's neighbours filed court action, alleging the dog kennel operation was affecting the quality of their lives and enjoyment of their property.
The appeal documents say that Cuthbert wants either the court decision set aside, the measures to be reduced or a new hearing scheduled.
Cuthbert represented herself in court, but has decided to try to obtain legal counsel for the appeal hearing.
